AIMS Scheduling Learning Modules are Now Available!
The learning modules for employees who schedule staff can be accessed through MyConnection.

Employees who perform scheduling tasks should log in to MyConnection to access the AIMS Learning modules.
The Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) learning modules for all employees who schedule staff have now been released!
The modules for employees who schedule staff are available on their personal student dashboard. Log into MyConnection, then follow this path:
MyConnection > MyLearning > Access MyLearning
Course names will begin with “WFM”. When the modules have been completed, employees should register for a drop-in Q and A session, should they have questions.
View and register for available drop-in Q and A sessions through MyConnection.
If an employee who schedules staff does not see these modules, then please submit an inquiry through MyConnection > MyLearning > Questions about MyLearning. Fill out the form indicating that access to the WFM (Scheduling) courses is required.
